The Members of Kottara Chowki Ward gathered together for a ward meeting on the 1st of December, 2021 at 4.30PM. This meeting was special as the members met for the first time after the lockdown. The meeting was held at the residence of Mr.Ronald Rodrigues.

Mrs. Preethi Rodrigues welcomed the gathering. Ms. Mercy Menezes gave a brief introduction on Synod and conducted a questionnaire  on the same.

Mr Newman, the former Gurkar of the ward was felicitated by the members for his selfless service for eleven years in the ward. Mr.Ronald Rodrigues took charge from Mr.Newman , assuring his dedication towards the ward and the Parish as a whole. 

The former ward Parapade Lower, which has now been divided into Chowki and Parapade Lower, have grown immensely under the guidance of Mr. Newman D'Souza. Mr.Ronald will now be leading the ward ahead in its liturgical and parish activities. The ward members expressed their gratitude towards Mr. Newman and congratulated Mr.Ronald and assured their support in his journey ahead.
