Catechism Day 2018
The Annual Catechism Day of Most Holy Redeemer church was celebrated on 25th Feb 2018. A thanksgiving mass was celebrated by Rev.Fr Gratian and the co-celebrant was Rev. Fr Walter. An enthusiastic participation by the children and the teachers made the Eucharistic celebration a solemn one. There was a cultural programme in the evening in the church hall. Rev Fr Vijay Machado was the chief guest. The children and the youth of the parish rendered captivating performances which also included enactment of spiritual plays depicting biblical episodes.The programme sequenced the felicitation for all the catechism teachers for their wholehearted service. Prizes were distributed to the children for securing highest marks in the exam, preparation of album and full attendance. The 10th std students Jovita, Jane, and Prince were the anchors of the evening. The programme ended with a word of gratitude by Mr.Edward Coelho followed by refreshments for the children.
