Legion of Mary: Visit to Snehadeep Ashram

The members of Legion of Mary Association visited Snehadeep Children's Ashram on 10th October 2024. The inmates of the Ashram extended a warm welcome to the members and briefly introduced themselves.

The members of Legion of Mary presented a short programme and conducted games. Similarly, the children of the ashram performed a song and presented a dance. A total of 11 children were present.

The members of the Legion, as a gesture of their goodwill, provided the ashram with snacks, clothes and other essentials.

While Mrs. Pramila D'souza, the animator of the Legion of Mary, conducted games, Mrs. Sheela D'Souza, the Vice President of PPC distributed prizes to the winners. It was indeed an eventful evening, where everyone enjoyed each others'  company. 

A total of 28 members from the Legion along with their animator were present. Vice President of PPC, Mrs. Sheela D'Souza; Mrs. Dora D'cunha; Mrs. Benedicta D'cunha, Mrs. Prathima Mascarenhas and Mr. Gerald Concessao accompanied the members of the Legion in their noble deed. 

Mr. Alwyn Quadros dropped the members to Most Holy Redeemer Church at 4.15 p.m. bringing the day's events to a beautiful end.
