Shramadhan By Kottara Ward

Kottara ward members and their neighbours successfully conducted Shramadhan from Kottara Sankesha 1st Cross to Daddalkhad 4th Cross on March 26th, 2022 from 8:00 a.m to 10:30 a.m. This service was decided upon at the SCC meeting as a part of the monthly service. With brooms, gloves and garbage bags, the ward members collected 22 bags of trash mostly plastics and bottles, from the side of the road. Mr.Shashidhar Hegde, Corporator, joined the cleaning drive. Besides, he also assisted in obtaining a Corporation vehicle to transport the waste gathered. The ward members also asked for help and cooperation from the local households in order to keep the surroundings clean.
