Akashbhavan Ward Picnic - 2017 Back

The Annual picnic of Akashbhavan ward was held on the 30^th of April 2017 to ‘Picnic Paradise’ at Kemman, Udupi. The journey began with a prayer led by Mrs. Rosaline Saldanha at 7.30 A.M. The members reached Kemman at 9:30 am after which they continued their journey through the boat ride arranged by Mr.Avith. They reached their destination “Picnic Paradise” at 10:00am. Breakfast followed. All the members enjoyed along the sea-shore playing games and watching the scenic beauty of the place. Lunch was served at 1:00pm after which the members relaxed themselves for some time, the children had fun at the play area with swings, slides, jumping net etc, followed by a small skit, a dance performance and spot games. Tea was served at 4:00pm. Mrs. Ivy Pinto the ward Gurkar thanked everyone for their participation and co-operation. The members returned at 4:30pm through the boat ride and then continued their journey back by bus. The members reached Akashbhavan at 6:45pm. It was truly a day filled with enthusiasm and all the ward members had a great time throughout the day.
