Web Derebail Celebrates 1,00,000 Unique Views.

The Derebail Parish Website since its inception has played an important role in keeping the parishioners connected, informed and involved in various activities of the parish. Its prominence and vitality was specially noted during Lockdown period, when parishioners started contributing to the Parishioners' Corner their articles, art, poems, music videos and recipes. The creative involvement of the parishioners facilitated the change in the viewership of the website. The website thus gradually gained popularity beyond the parish limits. A total of 1,00,000 unique views was recorded in a period of just nine months this year. Hence, the Web Team decided to mark this achievement and make it memorable by cutting a celebratory cake on the 25th of September, 2021.

The parish priest Fr. Austin Peres , Resident Priest Fr Gerald Pinto, Creative Head Mr Mike D'Silva, Founding Member Ms Dinah D'Silva,  Chief Editor Ms.Lynsha Lobo,Photographer Mr. Simon Pereira, Uploader and Content Writer Ms. Loretta, Uploader, Poster Designer Mr. Ashish Carvalho, Uploaders Mr. Kevin Suares, Mr. Amish Carvalho, Uploader and Poster Designer Sheldon Alvares, Web Coordinator Mr. Prajwal Sequeira,  Content Writer Ms. Jasmine D'Souza and Uploader Mr  Llewellyn Lobo joined together for a small celebration. The members also celebrated Mr.Mike D'Silva's birthday.

The Web Team surely deserves a pat on its back for its dedication towards the parish website. It must be noted that the website is now One Whatsapp Away. Parishioners can communicate with the Web Team through the official Whatsapp number  (9449084020).
