Taize Prayer Back

Taize - A prayerful contemplation through song prayer and music was conducted by YSD - ICYM Derebail on the 11th of March for all the parishioners. On the occasion of lent it was a call to everyone to spend some quality time with God with special intentions for all the kids for the upcoming exams .The service commenced at 7.15 pm as everyone gathered in the church. The soft glow of the diyas along with the beautiful music brought in the atmosphere of prayer and silence. It was a blessed time as everyone felt the presence of God through music and silent contemplation. The entire prayer service was led by Mr Norbert Misquith along with the youth choir. The service ended at 8.30pm as everyone felt the touch of God and returned home happy and blessed.
