Recollection for the extraordinary ministers of our parish

The extra ordinary ministers of the eucharist of Derebail Parish had a meaningful prayer and Recollection Talk on Friday 17 March. The programme began with the Way of the Cross led by the extra ordinary ministers. The Holy Mass was presided over by Fr Rajesh Rosario, Professor, St Joseph Seminary. After the Mass Fr Rajesh addressed the extra ordinary ministers with a recollection talk in which he shed insights on the Eucharistic Grace, the gift of the Eucharist and the role and mission of the Eucharistic ministers. Fr Joseph Martis the Parish priest thanked Fr Rajesh and appreciated the work done by the extraordinary ministers to the parish. He underscored the importance of this ministry and insisted on the need to be witnesses to the Eucharistic Lord both in the church and society.
