As a part of the preparation for the centenary celebrations of Our Lady of Fathima, the statue is blessed and brought from the place of apparitions in Fatima, is being taken to every church of the Diocese for devotion and prayer.

On 27th April, the Statue of the Lady of Fatima was brought in procession from Vamanjoor Church to our Church. A large number of devotees were present to receive our Heavenly Mother. A prayer service was conducted by Rev. Fr Austin Peres, the Parish Priest of Most Holy Redeemer Church.

The statue of the Lady of Fathima was handed over, after 3 days of prayers and services to the parish of Bondel by the parish of Derebail on the 29th of April. After the mass at 6 pm, the parish priest conducted the prayer session. Followed by a vehicle rally towards bondel church.
