Patrao Nite Back

Patrao Nite was held on 15th August 2013 to a full house at the Parish Main Hall , in continuation of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of the Most Holy Redeemer Church, Derebail.

The Patrao brothers, John and Anil along with Rony D’cunha whose fame has spread far and wide graced the evening with their melodious voices and smart compeering. The song performances by the young and upcoming singers of the parish were indeed a proud moment for all the parishioners gathered that evening. Denora Fernandes, Anu D’silva, Dashiel Concessao, Jasmine D’cunha, Gavin Menezes, Jeswin D’cunha, Rony Crasta, Zeena Pereira and the group rendered their melodious voices to the accompaniment of dances by the tiny tots and youngsters of the parish. The famous comedian Mr. Alwyn Pinto and his group entertained the audience with their jokes and made everyone happy. The music was provided by Mr. Roshan Dsouza while Ms. Nisha Patrao and group conveyed a meaningful message by their Shadow play. Mr. Leonil Sequeira and Ms, Melba Pinto, through their troupe ‘Silver Steppers’ presented the dance performances and entertained the crowd.

The evening ended with a token of gratitude to the Patrao Brothers who entertained the audience with their splendid performances thereby making it a memorable event for the parishioners of the Derebail Church.
