Yuva Spandan Derebail (YSD-ICYM) Hosts Joyful Christmas Card Making Competition

The vibrant spirit of Christmas came alive at Yuva Spandan Derebail as they organized a heartwarming Christmas Card Making Competition for the Derebail Parishioners on December 17, 2023. The event, marked by creativity and festive joy, commenced at 10:30 am.

A total of 36 participants, spanning different age groups, enthusiastically took part in the competition. The participants were categorized into four groups to ensure fair competition:

Category 1: Class 1 to Class 3
Category 2: Class 4 to Class 7
Category 3: Class 8 to Class 10
Category 4: Open to all

The event kicked off with registrations, fostering a sense of community as parishioners came together to celebrate the Christmas spirit. Following the registrations, a delightful breakfast was served, setting the stage for a day filled with creativity and fellowship.
Participants, armed with art supplies and boundless imagination, were given an hour to craft their Christmas cards. 

A panel of judges will carefully evaluate each entry based on creativity, originality and adherence to the Christmas theme. Winners from each category will be announced after the New Year Eve mass. Each and every participant will receive an e certificate for participation.

The Christmas Card Making Competition organized by Yuva Spandan Derebail not only showcased the artistic talents within our parish but also created lasting memories of fellowship and shared joy.
