YSD - ICYM Derebail Unit Celebrates Youth Day

On 05th of August, 2018 (Sunday) Yuva Spandan Derebail - ICYM Derebail Unit Celebrated Youth Day. A small get together was arranged at Derebail Church Meeting Hall for all the YSD - ICYM members at 08:00 AM. 

Rev. Fr. Austin Peter Peres - Parish Priest and Unit Director, Mrs Lizzy Fernandes and Mr. Jeethan Castelino - Animators and 14 members of YSD - ICYM were present. 

There was a discussion about the upcoming event, Pavsa Gammath which is to be held on the 12th of August, 2018. Committees for the same have been formed and work has already been assigned to each committee. Members who were present for the meeting gave their opinion and suggestions. Dress code for the event was decided by the members. Meeting concluded by a short prayer led by Rev. Fr. Austin Peter Peres.

At 09:15 AM Special Eucharistic Celebration for the Youth was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Gratian Alvares - Associate Director of YSD - ICYM at Most Holy Redeemer Church, Derebail. The Liturgy and the Choir was conducted by CLC (Youth), Yuva Spandan Derebail (YSD - ICYM) and YCS of Derebail Church. Soon after the Eucharistic celebration a group picture of the Youth of Derebail Church was taken and the event concluded.
