Women's Day Celebration at Most Holy Redeemer Church Derebail

The Women's Association and Women's Commission of Most Holy Redeemer Church Derebail jointly celebrated Women's Day on the 9th of March, 2024. The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Mass at 5 P.M. The liturgy was led by the women of the parish.

A Cultural Programme then followed at the Meeting Hall.
Rev. Fr. Joseph Martis, Rev. Fr. Kevin Lawrence Dsouza, Sr. Bernice, Mrs Judy Pinto, Mrs Sheela Dsouza, Mr. Denzil Pinto, Mr. Anil Patrao, Mrs Gracy Dsouza and Mrs Mercy Menezes were on the dias for inaugural ceremony. Mrs Judy Pinto gave a talk 'Amchi Dhirvi'. The parish priest Rev.Fr.Joseph Martis then addressed the gathering.

The formal programme was then followed by a Cultural programme by the members of the Women's Association and Women's Commission. About 150 women were present for the programme.
