Annual Picnic of CLC Juniors Back

The annual picnic of CLC juniors was held on the 14^th of January, 2017. A total of 19 members joined the picnic. The members visited different tourist spots in the vicinity of Shivamogga. The journey began at 6:10 am with a small prayer and a hymn. The members reached Shivamogga at 11:30 am and visited the first spot Sakrebyle Elephant Camp .The next spot visited was the Lion and Tiger Safari at Thavarekoppa. The members enjoyed the safari and spent time together having lunch, clicking photos etc. A visit was paid to The Sacred Heart Cathedral of Shivamogga Diocese. Following this was the visit to the Tungabadra dam .On the way back to Mangalore, the members also stopped by the ‘Sunset Point’ at Agumbe.

The members were accompanied by their animators Mr.Ullas D’costa and Mr.Gerald Concessao. The picnic ended with great enthusiasm. The members reached The Most Holy Redeemer Church by 10.30 P.M. It is no doubt that the picnic had offered the youngsters with a lot of fun and memories to cherish.
