Summer Camp for Children from Grade III to VII  at Most Holy Redeemer Church

A summer camp was held at Most Holy Redeemer Church, Derebail on 13th April 2026, bringing together 111 children from classes 3rd to 7th standard. The camp was organized with the aim of engaging children in meaningful and enjoyable activities during their holidays.
The programme began with a formal inaugural session. Rev. Fr. Joseph Martis, Rev. Fr. Steevan Nelson Peris, Sr. Sunitha, Mrs Clotilda Correa and Mrs Pramila Furtado were present on the dais. Their presence added grace and importance to the occasion.
Rev. Fr. Joseph addressed the children, encouraging them to actively participate and make the most of the opportunity. His message emphasized values, discipline, and the importance of learning through fun.
The camp included a wide range of activities designed to keep the children engaged and enthusiastic. Various games, group activities, and interactive sessions were conducted, ensuring both enjoyment and learning.
A dedicated team of MFC youth conducted and coordinated all the activities efficiently. Their energy and commitment played a key role in making the camp lively and successful.
