Sticky Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
1kg of pork ribs. Make sure they are 6% meat and 35% fat. (If you are a 1st time buyer, tell the meat seller you want ribs, straight cut and more charbi (fat). The rest will fall in place as you cook the way to glory.

Season the chops with ground pepper, ginger garlic paste (homemade), barbeque special dark sauce, onion chopped, tomato chopped and salt. Salt to texture, please because BBQ sauce will over do it.

Note: If you can’t afford BBQ sauce, you can try this with soya sauce with lime.

Keep it marinated for at least 3 to 4 hours to get the texture slowed and married into it.

Then take the marinated pork, cook it for just 2 to 3 whistles in a pressure cooker. Allow it to cool.

Take a round pan. Pour olive oil and sauté it until it's dark brown. This is a perfect side dish.
