POTATO TACCOS

Dough
2 cups maida
1 table spoon salt
2 spoons oil
1/2 cup water or more as required to make the dough

Stuffing
3 (boiled) smashed potatoes
2 tbl spoons salt
2 chopped tomatoes
1 onion (if neddee)
Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste
Oregano
Chili powder

Preparation
Make small balls of the dough and roll it in medium circular flat sheet, fry it slightly on both the sides on low flame.
Assembly
Apply ketchup on the tacco and add the potato filling with or without cheese on the half side of the tacco sheet and close the tacco sheet with the other half, fry these on medium flame till its crispy and has changed colour.
