CHICKEN GREEN SPICY MASALA 

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken 1 kg.
3 tbsp. Ghee 
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil 
1/2 Tsp Dried fenugreek leaves 
Coconut milk: 1 cup.
Curry leaves.
2 big onions chopped
1 Tomato
1 full garlic
Coriander leaves: 1 cup.
7-8 Green Chilly
 ½ inch Ginger 
¼ Cup of mint leaves 
 2 Cinnamon sticks
5 cloves
1 star
10-15 pepper corns
2 Kashmir red chilly
1tsp Cumin seeds 
Salt as per taste.

Directions:
Cut the chicken into medium pieces and keep it aside.
For the masala paste: garlic, tomato, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, star, pepper corns, red chili and cumin seeds combine all the ingredients and make a fine paste.
In a pan, add ghee and oil. Now add chopped onions, sauté for 2 minutes, add 
The curry leaves. Now add the masala paste and fry for about 5 minutes. 
Add chicken, salt as per taste, water as per your consistency. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked well.
Add the dried fenugreek leaves and, finally, pour the coconut milk and bring it to a boil. 
Serve it with rice or roti.
