Cheese burst Garlic bread

For the dough- in a bowl take,
1 cup of warm milk
2 spoons of sugar
1 spoon butter 
1 spoon yeast 
(Wait till the yeast activates)
Once the yeast has activated, to that add-
2 1/2 cups Maida 
1/2 spoon salt 
2 Table spoons of oil 
And make soft dough.
(Add extra water if needed to make the dough) 

Let the dough sit in a warm place for 1-2 hours till the dough doubles its size.

For Garlic Butter Mixture- 
To 50 grams of softened butter add-
Chopped and smashed garlic cloves, coriander leaves and oregano. 

Preparation
Make small balls of the dough and roll them out in a circular shape, 
To one side of the dough add garlic butter and spread it out evenly, then add shredded cheese and close it from the other end. 

Cooking steps-
Preheat the cooker for 10 mins on medium flame with salt or fry sand at the bottom (remove the whistle and the rubber) 

Place the garlic dough in a tin or a steel plate and place it inside the cooker .

Let it cook for 20-25 mins on medium flame till the colour changes.
