Congratulations Dear Lester Caevan Lobo

Congratulations dear Lester Caevan Lobo(s/o Mr.Clarence & Mrs. Saira Lobo, Kapikad Ward) for being the recipient of a Large Silver medal at the Karnapex-2024, A Festival of Stamps, 13th Karnataka State Level Philately Exhibition, held in Bengaluru, from 5th-8th January, 2024. Lester's exhibit was on the topic Resilience in the Pandemic: Navigating Covid 19.

Conducted once in 4 years, Karnapex is a State Level Exhibition, organised by the Karnataka Postal Circle. Previously it was held in Mangalore in 2019. This year there were more than 680 frames of exhibit and 212 participants.

Derebail Parish is proud of Lester's unique achievement and wishes him great success ahead.
