Christian Life Community (CLC) Celebrate Its Patron's Day

On the occasion of the feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mother Mary, CLC members celebrated CLC Day on 7th December 2024. The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Mass at 5:00 PM, followed by a get-together programme at Derebail Church Meeting Hall at 6:30 PM. 
The programme commenced with an invocation and a formal programme where the Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Joseph Martis, Assistant Priest Rev. Fr. Kevin D'Souza, Vice President of PPP Mrs. Sheela D'Souza, Secretary of PPP Mr. Denzil Pinto, President of Senior CLC Mr. Gerald Concessao, and President of Youth CLC Mr. Reon Rodrigues were the dignitaries on the dais.
Mr. Reon Rodrigues welcomed the gathering. The report of Senior CLC was read by the Secretary, Mrs. Juliet D’Silva , and the Youth CLC report was read by Ms. Preethi Pais. This was followed by a short video presentation created by Mr. Cherish Pinto. The video focused on the activities conducted and services rendered throughout the year by Youth CLC.
Later, the dignitaries spoke a few words, commemorating the feast of Immaculate Conception.  The Vote of Thanks was rendered by Mrs. Nathalia Veigas.
The cultural programme included a dance by Youth CLC members, which was  lively and entertaining.
After the cultural programme, dinner was served. The entire programme was compered by Mr. Gerald Concessao. A total of 40 members were present. To conclude, it was a pleasant reunion with lots of fun and a day to be cherished.
