TEA TIME CAKE

*INGREDIENTS*
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup of oil
-1/2 cup of milk
(Whisk properly)
Then add-
-1 cup maida
-1/2 cup of sugar
-1/2 Spoon baking powder
-pinch of baking soda
-Pinch of salt
(Add and mix the above ingredients in a bowl to get a thick batter.)
-Pour the batter in a cake tin lined with butter paper. 

*COOKER PREPARATION*
Add salt/dry sand at the bottom of the cooker and preheat it for 10 mins on medium flame. (Remove the rubber belt and whistle from the cover)
-Pour the batter in a cake tin lined with butter paper.
-Place the cake tin inside the cooker and let it cook for 20-30 mins on medium flame.
-Poke a knife or a toothpick in between the cake to see if the cake is cooked properly.
(if the cake batter comes out wet on the tookpick or knife, cook it for 5-10mins)
-once cooked well, take the cake tin out and allow it to cook for some time (or till the cake has left the sides of the pan)
-cut into slices and enjoy with tea/coffee.
