PIZZA IN COOKER
Dough
2 cups maida
1 spoon salt
1 spoon sugar
1 spoon yeast
2 spoons oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water( or more as required to make a dough
(Add the above ingredients to a bowl and make a dough)
Cover the bowl and keep aside for 1 hour till the Dough rises.
Cooker preparation
Add salt / dry sand at the bottom of the cooker and preheat it for 10 mins on medium flame. (Remove the rubber belt and whistle from the cover)
Assembly
(Once the dough has doubled its size divide the dough into small portions.)
-Roll out the dough in a circular shape and place it in a steel plate or pan (smaller to the cooker so it can fit inside.)
-poke holes to the dough with the help of the fork (so the dough dosnt puff up while cooking )
- Add in toppings of youre choice . (Tomato sause, chopped onions, tomatoes, corn and lots of shredded cheese)
- Place the pizza inside the cooker and let it cook for 15-20 mins on medium flame .
