Ingredients
-2 Chicken breasts
-50g butter
-1 cup of milk
-2 spoons maida
-Pinch of salt
-1 tbsp oregano
-Few Chopped Coriander leaves
-Crushed biscuits or bread crumbs
PREPARATION
- Fry the plain chicken breast, chop into small pieces and keep aside.
-In a pan, on low flame
Add 2 spoons of butter and let it melt, then add 2 spoons of maida and mix it well.
Then gradually add 1 cup of milk and keep whisking it. (Till the mixture gets thick and the cream has formed).
Add a pinch of salt, cooked chopped chicken breast, oregano and chopped coriander leaves, mix this all well. Pour the cream mixture then in a tiffin cover it and put it in the freezer for 30mins -1 hour. (So it gets hard, and it will be easy to make balls)
- In a pan, heat oil on medium flame.
Take the cream mixture out (take about one spoon) and make balls of it. Dip the balls in bread crumbs or biscuit powder since the balls are sticky, it will stick easily.
Fry these balls on medium flame till they are golden brown and crispy.
