BRAIDED CHICKEN BREAD
For dough
2 Cups maida
1 table spoon salt
2 Tablespoons of sugar
1 Table spoon yeast
1 Egg (optional)
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of milk
And water, if needed for making the dough.
Filling
(In a pan)
1 spoon butter
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
2 spoons maida (mix well before adding milk)
1 cup of milk (keep mixing it till the cream has formed)
Add cooked chopped chicken breast pieces and chopped coriander, mix well and keep aside.
Preparation
- Knead the dough again and roll it out in an oval shape.
- Add the chicken cream filling in between the dough,
- cut the sides of the dough and braid the bread downwards.
Cooking
Preheat the cooker on medium flame for 5 mins with salt at the bottom of the cooker. Place the braided dough inside the cooker and let it cook for 15-20 minutes in a medium flame.
