Friendship will always stay

Then rang the final bell,
ending sleepless nights.
Silence settled in the hall
freeing us from anxious plights.

Suddenly, laughter burst in the hall;
friends met each other's smiles.
Those simple gestures said it all -
at last, relief from the exam trials.

Those happy times we shared,
all those now come to an end.
Moments treasured made me glad;
Grateful always, my dear friend.

Though the year ends today,
and we walk our separate ways,
our friendship will always stay,
no one can ever break it away.
