Garden Maintainence Activity – Care for God’s Creation by Commission for Environment Back

The Members of the Commission for Environment, Most Holy Redeemer Church Derebail, continue their dedicated efforts in maintaining the greenery and cleanliness of the church surroundings, reflecting  their shared responsibility towards caring for God’s creation.

On 29th and 30th April 2026, Mr. Norbert Lasrado and Mr. Donald Aranha generously volunteered their time and effort to trim and maintain the plants along the divider area. With the support of parish volunteers, the area in front of the Church was thoroughly cleaned, creating a welcoming and serene environment for all parishioners.

Further enhancing the beauty of the parish premises, the Mother Mary Grotto was lovingly beautified on 7th May 2026. The plants were carefully trimmed, and the entire space was cleaned and refreshed, making the grotto an even more peaceful place for prayer and reflection.

The sincere efforts of the members and volunteers truly reflect their dedication, teamwork, and spirit of service to continue keeping the Church surroundings vibrant, prayerful, and inviting for everyone.
