Senior Citizens Back

Senior Citizens Club Derebail was inaugurated on 19.11.2019 at 4.30 P.M. by Rev. Fr. Austin Peter Peres, Parish Priest of Most Holy Redeemer Church, Derebail.  The purpose behind the inception of this Club is to keep the Senior Citizens of the parish actively involved in the programmes in and around the parish. Also , to keep them informed on benefits and facilities that can be availed as Senior Citizens and to nurture their talents. This organization aims to enrich the retired lives of individuals by bringing them together once a month and engaging them in various activities. 

For time being an Adhoc Committee has been formed.  Mr. Edward Coelho was  unanimously elected as the Co-ordinator.  The other members of the committee are:
Mr. Victor Correa
Mr. Lawrence Alvares, Mrs. Noreen Lobo
Mrs. Merlyn DSouza,  Mrs. Mary Vas and Mr Vincent Castelino.

Mrs. Merlin D'Souza accepted to carry out the Secretary's role and Mr. Gaulbert Pais has assumed the Treasurer's post.

The Club members will have their meetings on the second Monday of every month.
