Inauguration and Oath Taking of ICYM/Yuva Spandan Derebail 2019/20

On the 16th of June, 2019, newly elected office bearers of Yuva Spandan Derebail (YSD/ICYM Derebail Unit) took oath during the Eucharistic Celebration at 09:15 AM. The oath was administered by Rev Fr Austin Peter Peres, Parish Priest and Director of YSD/ICYM, Derebail. Members of Yuva Spandan Derebail and people who attended 09:15 AM Mass witnessed the ceremony. Derebail Children's Choir assisted in the Choir.

Later at 10:30 AM, YSD/ICYM first official meeting of this year was held at church meeting hall. Rev Fr Austin Peter Peres, Director; Rev Fr Gratian Alvares, Associate Director; Mrs Lizzie Fernandes and Mr Jeethan Castalino animators along with 20 youth were present for the meeting. Ms. Ivy Melisha D'souza, President conducted the prayer and welcomed the gathering. Ms. Sandra Pinto read the previous meeting's proceedings and presented the annual report. Then the core committe of 2018/19 officially handed over their post to the new committe. Rev Fr Austin Peter Peres in his message said how YSD/ICYM should work, he also gave some suggestions and guided too. 

The members along with their animators roughly planned for the events that needs to be organized this year. Ms. Tina Menezes and Ms. Sandra Pinto conducted few games for the youth and meeting got concluded with the ICYM anthem.
