Palm Sunday Ceremony 2017 Back
Palm Sunday, the day when Jesus entered Jerusalem to celebrate the Passover was commemorated at Most Holy Redeemer Church on 2nd April,2017. Palm Sunday marks the beginning of the Holy Week and thereby it is a day of great importance to Catholics all over the world. The blessing of the palm began at 7.30 A.M. at the Holy Family School Grounds. After a short prayer and blessing of the palm the parishioners proceeded to the church where mass followed. Rev.Fr.Austin Peris, Fr.Gratian Alvares, Fr. Walter Pinto concelebrated the mass. The Youth Choir team added to the solemnity of the mass.
